Your account and password are for sole use of you, your school, its pupils and their parents, public libraries and their customers or of the person to whom they were issued as the case may be. If 3RPlus believes that an account or password is being used by an unauthorised person or that the user is breaching these terms and conditions, 3RPlus has the right without liability to suspend the customers account.
Except where otherwise stated, all prices are stated in U.S. dollars and exclude sales taxes. Payment is accepted by direct deposit or online by credit card via an independent Payment Service Provider. Individual membership is payable in advance and Membership site license orders are payable within 30 days of the date of the Order. In the case of late payment, 3RPlus reserves the right to suspend the Service without liability.
1. An individual Membership can be cancelled within fourteen (14) days from date of registration by giving written notice to sales@3rplus.com and a full refund will be issued by cheque.
2. Other Memberships may be cancelled at any time by giving written notice to sales@3rplus.com. There will be a cancellation fee of 15% of the subscription fee and the refund will be pro-rated to the term of the subscription.
