Philip has two sisters-in-law who are teachers and from them, he learned that searching the Net for information relevant to the curriculum is frustrating and time consuming. Then there is more work to bookmark the sites and organize them for quick access when needed. The same is true in the United Kingdom where teachers and parents spend endless time searching. Philip saw an opportunity to help educators, families and children through the application of technology he had developed for the successful web directory, Classifile.com, which was launched in Canada in 2001.
